Every win clears the matching cluster from the grid. New symbols drop into the empty spaces and can form extra clusters on the same stake. This can repeat many times if the board lines up. Each symbol removed also charges the Quantum Leap meter on the right. Clear 25 symbols, and you trigger one Quantum feature. You can charge up to five levels on a single round if things keep popping.

On a random non-winning spin, the Instability feature can trigger. Gargantoon will shake the grid and drop 4 to 8 wild orbs onto random positions. That often starts at least one cluster chain and can be enough to kick Quantum meters into motion again.

At the start of each round, one low-paying one-eyed alien type is highlighted. If that alien forms any win during that spin, the symbols in that cluster vanish and leave two wilds behind. Those wilds can then feed into new clusters and add more charge to the Quantum Leap meter.

Whenever four matching symbols connect in a 2×2 block, they turn into a Giantoonz symbol. That big block still counts as four symbols for cluster purposes, but any win that uses it is doubled in value. If you can chain Giantoonz with other modifiers, wins start to jump very quickly.

Every time you clear 25 symbols, you fill one Quantum charge and fire one modifier. The four standard ones are:

• Implosion – Turns 3 to 6 random symbols into wilds and destroys adjacent symbols.
• Alteration – Picks one low symbol and transforms all copies into another alien.
• Demolition – Zaps all one-eyed aliens off the board, leaving premiums to drop down.
• Incision – Places a wild in the center and draws an X of matching symbols through the grid.

Charge all five segments of the Quantum meter, and the Gargantoon feature finally kicks in. Gargantoon drops onto the grid as a 3×3 wild block. Once a cascade finishes, he splits into two 2×2 wilds. After the next cascade, he splits again into nine single wilds scattered on the grid. All of those stages can create several fresh clusters.
